One big step for Malaysians, yeah

Suddenly some smart brain from the Bad and Notorious side of Malaysia appeared on their waggie-tail mainstream tv screen, and presented to reporters a very brilliant idea to address the rising number of animal abuse cases. I felt, this would definitely qualify as the topmost mind-boggling idea or resolution I could have ever hard in my lifetime. The implementation was emitted from a hole in the face of a somewhat 'brilliant leader of Malaysia', sounded as though nobody else on this earth could have come up with another better-sounding regulation. I reckon, the implementation of such a ruling could also bring Malaysia a step closer to our planned vision 2020, maybe shorten the timeframe a bit? So, what was the resolution that got to make us Malaysians ever more humane? The proud and high-spirited broadcast of this ruling which required kids below age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult before permitted to 'buy' a pet MUST BE rather well-planned, thus whoever in the BN government got involved in the brainstroming session which gave rise to this ruling, they must all be 'praised thoroughly' when we see the day of 'nil animal abuse'. BUT then, I reckon it's going to have the same fate of many other 'tens of thousands' similar RULINGS that have turned SOUR and STINKY under the administration of BN. Don't we have a law that sends drug traffickers to the death row? If a law of such magnitude couldn't be enforced to keep out drugs from our shores, I don't see any reason, the ruling of 'buying pets with the company of adults' could achieve its intended result for more than 3 days. After all, new toilets, no matter how hitech, will only smell good for no longer than 3 days. That is the upkeep and maintenance policy we have been living with for the length of BN's 50-year governance. And I don't see how they could do any better in 8 years (till vision 2020), than they couldn't do in 50 years? Any new ideas, BN? Maybe someone has to crawl under the armpit of Najis' lioness in order to supercharge a bit of stamina?
