Bosses, BEWARE!!

It seems to me that, the more superficially 'advance' our country gets to be, the faster our society reverses back to a time that resembles ancient 'feudal systems'. People in the race to affluence, have somehow gotten offtrack, and resorted the torturous tactics in order to 'maintain' their 'businessman' or 'boss' status. In view of the influx of foreign labour (CHEAP labour) into Malaysia, I presume many 'bosses' were in fact, NOT liable to be bosses, as yet. Instead, they were presented with such opportunities like employing foreign workers at a low rate, in order to fuel their dreams as 'bosses'. 'A boss' in Malaysian terms often could be described as 'getting a lucrative income without working', so, many Malaysians who do not have the capacity to pay normal salaries to engage 'normal' workers, make their 'boss dream' come true by engaging CHEAP labour (plus using CHEAP raw materials in their products if needed). In other words, if these people were to pay 'reasonable wages' to their workers, they would have gone bankrupt (and jumped down from the tallest building in KL) ages ago. I do not know if this scenario being lawful and legal in Malaysia, could also be branded as 'HUMANE', BUT in all aspects, it's a reality here. Oblivious to the technicalities of 'managing life without foreign labour. I indefinitely disagree with 'bosses' not paying workers their dues while maintaining that lousy 'glamour' as a boss. Such cases could be heard of every now and then, with cases of desperate foreign workers slaying their bosses in between, I doubt if all these could be intertwined into one problem? Now, call me black-hearted if you would, BUT I do support those foreign workers who : 1. put urine and faeces into your food, 2. slay their bosses for not paying up, 3. run off with your kids when you are all busy looking for money out there. (Bosses and employers, BEWARE, anything that happens within this realm of eventualities, SERVES YOU RIGHT) Some passionate people may say, that the crime perpetrators may make wrong choices and slay a wrong target (It may also happen to be me), Yes, I understand that. Since majority are bad things happening on this imperfect planet, and GOD is not even looking at all, (nor is HE doing anything about it),we earthlings do have to live with " COLLATERAL DAMAGES".
