How can a government leader such as Badawi or Mahathir or Najib be so stupid as to allow the country's water supply company to charge citizens a minimum monthly usage of RM36, when the normal use is less than RM6? They can even have the balls to ask citizens to conserve water!! No wonder we cannot convince other people to believe we BOLEH, we cannot even convince our own fellow countrymen to save resources, Maybe we can say MALAYSIA BONGKAK, PEMIMPIN BODOH?
