What can you do with 35kb Today? Part 3

What can you do with 33kb Today? On a 5Mb operating platform Windows CE, you do not need a lot to 'achieve' a lot. 33kb is all it takes for a Japanese developer to come up with a cute animated cartoon character that can report the time to you every minute. Rampu is a long-eared girly anime character in Minute Mascot, you can customise the phrases that are being spoken (not sound files, only on-screen speech bubbles) at random intervals (variables specified by the user). Different phrases could be specified to be reported at different times of the day, or on any particular month, week, or day. The frequency of phrases appearing are limited to the user's creativity. You can specify the position of the character anywhere on screen, precise to one pixel, and there are four levels of transparency for Minute Mascot to appear on top of your current application layer. Any number of animated gestures can be added (requires quite a high level of creative graphics capabilities to achieve that though) to expand the range of gestures fir your characters, or new characters could also be added.
