Why people need to dine out?
When wife showed me some of the FB pages where people posted their home-cooked food, I suddenly understood WHY most people find outside food more delicious.
FIRST, I can see from the pictures of those homecooked food that most people didn't even bother to cut the vege and meat properly. The pieces and chunks that come out from the cooking pan or pot onto the plate all looked like they were bitten by a dog and not CUT with a knife.
Maybe most households don't bother to spend a little bit more money to buy better cutlery and crockery utensils. Not many people could appreciate that a better knife actually cut better and easier than those cheap ones.
SECOND, most households seem to be 'cursed' by some kind of 'variety devil', their collection of plates and bowls and spoons and forks and chopsticks ALWAYS encompass at least ten different designs and shapes. WHICH explains why people love to dine out more than eating at home. A table set with dining items of a single design would obviously make the food more appetising, NO?
