Flash Floods not in SMART zone? Again?

Nowadays when you read about places in and around KL getting flash floods, you hear others crying "pity those people out there", "losses unimaginable". My response to this would be:" Please continue to support this Bad-Notorious federal goverment". So what is so SMART about our smart tunnel that was supposed to divert flood water from KL business areas? And you still see the 'BB Golden triangle' (including KLCC and plazas like the LowYat and Sungei wang) being 'rewarded" with knee-deep muddy water. Sympathise them as you may, there will never be any HELP on the way, what with those Bad and Notorious ministers still playing with our money. This brings me back to the 1994 flood which engulfed my whole house and belongings (the water was above my head), and there and then we heard the MCA announced a 'consolation' of RM500 for each family involved. But the RM500, although peanuts compared to what I lost, NEVER CAME. So I guess, the Chee-Sin-Lo porno-actor-president may as well grab this opportunity to further announce some RM500 consolation to those involved in the recent floods. Who knows, It may also get diverted into someone's back pocket.
