Low class mentality

the pm mentioned about malaysians being having third class mentality, i am sure he himself is nothing less than that. he likes to approve glamorous feats that wasted millions of taxpayers money, but never make use of his position to educate n inculcate in his subordinates the much needed sense of love for the country. take for example houses built by the present crop of developers are of such low standards that house owners have to hack n break down large portions of the new house upon vacant possession just to renovate and rebuild bette quality into the homes. just imagine the amount of rubble (in other words, waste) generated from the handover of a spate of lousy houses from developers.
either the pm isinefficient in his role, or he has appointed a bunch of lazy subordinates who only get paid to be celebrities (using time to efficiate launches that benefit only their respective business friends) .
if the authorities are doing their work, we wont be having so many people littering, so many scrapped cars from reckless driving,so many dead bodies to be retrieved from fatal accidents, so many rubble to collect from collapsed buildings, so much rubbish from the general elections poster campaign aftermath, etc etc.
the authorities also turn a blind eye on loansharks billboarding, effectively condoning these criminal acts. the pm by wrongly engaging the services of these lazy and incompetent public servants can be seen as indirectly wasting the country's resources, not punishing his subordinates accordingly due to their incompetency and reluctancy to deliver also renders the pm as an ignorant self-confined leader. so, who is having third world mentality?
