Imagine living in a place which is totally in darkness for at least 3 months. to think of it, we have to pay assessment fees in advance of six months, and yet not getting our worth of services/facilities for half the time. Not even after those people in the government authorities have got their big pay rise, someone said: you give them big pay rise they get accustommed to the luxury of suddenly having more money to spend, they would spend so lavishly that they wanted more. Which is why we always say they are the laziest lot in this world. And who said we are going to be an advance country by 2020? Yuks.
