I recall watching Michael Hui's talk show on vcd, and there was a part where he mentioned the hongkong economy so bad that honkees blamed the chief administer for causing the blunder. then he says in the bad times, you need to go watch a comedy so as to relax your stresses, but then in those times (2004) you just need to switch on the tv and you will find lots of news and happenings that will tickle you so much you dont even need to go to the shows. i initially couldnt picture the situation, until the same happened to us malaysians. look at the leaking court, flooded metro, crashed gov buildings, robbed ministers and leaders, killed policemen, etc,and etc, isnt all that is enough to wrench the oscar award from Stephen Chow(if he has one)?
