That the second finance minister mentioned our country is going to experience a budget deficit for the next 10 yrs, it really send shivers down my spine. How in the world could he anticipate such a philosophy? I could not imagine what would happen if the boss of my workplace come running with such a remark ,"we are not going to earn any profit for the next 10 years , we will have to rely on borrowings ." Oh my God !
